After having gone through mental health struggles and healing from them by prioritising my mental health, I found inner peace. My perspective towards mental health and what is important in life shifted with the support of my mentors and loved ones.I feel called to pursue my passion for contributing to others to live a meaningful life for themselves through personal growth and caring for their mental health.I aim to provide simple, practical and effective alternatives to address day-to-day human challenges in ways that allow people to experience inner peace and embrace humanity through discovering one's humanity. I promote holistic living with self-mastery as well as supporting others to discover practical, individual, yet unifying and effective self-mastery practices that promote overall well-being.
