K Community Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 18 May 2026
By registering as a member of K Community, participating in its activities, events, programmes, online spaces, or affiliated initiatives, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Membership Eligibility & Approval
K Community reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate any membership application or participation at its sole discretion if an individual is deemed misaligned with the values, purpose, safety, or wellbeing of the community.
2. Community Values & Conduct
Members are expected to uphold respectful, constructive, and responsible behaviour at all times. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, repeated disruption, dishonesty, harmful conduct, defamation, exploitation, or behaviour deemed detrimental to K Community, its members, organisers, partners, affiliates, or reputation may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal without refund.
3. Participation & Personal Responsibility
Members participate voluntarily in all K Community activities, events, discussions, programmes, and engagements at their own discretion and risk. Members are solely responsible for their personal decisions, conduct, wellbeing, belongings, and outcomes arising from participation.
4. No Professional Guarantee
K Community, its founder, organisers, partners, affiliates, facilitators, speakers, or collaborators do not guarantee specific personal, emotional, financial, business, or life outcomes from participation in any programme, service, or activity.
5. Health, Safety & Wellbeing
Members are responsible for assessing their own physical, mental, and emotional suitability before participating in any event, activity, coaching, healing, or community session. K Community is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, emotional distress, or health-related issue arising from participation.
6. Payments, Fees & Refunds
All membership fees, registration fees, event fees, or related payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by K Community in writing. K Community reserves the right to modify pricing, benefits, or membership structures at any time.
7. Media Release
By attending K Community events or activities, members consent to the use of photographs, videos, testimonials, or recordings for community, promotional, educational, or marketing purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing prior to participation.
8. Confidentiality & Respect for Others
Members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members. Personal stories, experiences, or sensitive information shared within K Community should not be disclosed, exploited, or misused without consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All K Community materials, frameworks, branding, resources, programmes, event concepts, and content remain the intellectual property of K Community and/or its respective owners unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial misuse is prohibited.
10. Third-Party Partners, Collaborators & Affiliates
K Community may work with partners, sponsors, affiliates, venues, or third-party providers. K Community is not liable for the actions, services, products, conduct, or omissions of any external party. Participation in partner-led activities is at the member’s own discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K Community, its founder, leadership, organisers, affiliates, partners, volunteers, sponsors, and collaborators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, personal, financial, legal, or reputational loss arising from membership or participation.
12. Right to Amend
K Community reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, participating, or engaging with K Community in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
K Community reserves the right to protect its space, mission, members, partners, and affiliates in the interest of maintaining a safe, respectful, and values-aligned environment.
Kamilah MS Life Coaching Terms & Conditions

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any coaching session, programme, workshop, consultation, or service provided by Kamilah MS / K Self-Mastery Pte Ltd (“Coach”, “Company”, “we”, “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Coaching Scope & Nature of Services
Life coaching is a professional personal development service designed to support clarity, self-mastery, accountability, and personal growth. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, financial advisory, or legal advice.
The Client acknowledges that all decisions, actions, and outcomes remain their sole responsibility.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm all coaching sessions, packages, workshops, or programmes.
- Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or on the agreed payment deadline prior to service commencement.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or postponement at the Company’s discretion.
- Payment plans, if offered, must be adhered to strictly. Missed payments may result in suspension of services.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Client Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session may forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may result in the full session being forfeited without refund.
- Repeated rescheduling may result in termination of services.
Coach Cancellations:
If the Coach needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be offered a new date or credit towards future services.
4. Refund Policy
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- Completed sessions, partially used packages, digital products, workshops, or delivered services are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued based on lack of personal commitment, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction arising from failure to implement coaching guidance.
- Any exceptional refund request is at the sole discretion of the Company.
5. Client Commitment & Responsibility
The Client understands that coaching results depend largely on personal honesty, consistency, action-taking, and commitment. The Company does not guarantee specific results, income, emotional breakthroughs, relationship outcomes, or life transformations.
6. Confidentiality
Client information shared during coaching will be kept confidential to the best of professional standards unless:
- Disclosure is required by law,
- There is risk of harm to self or others,
- The Client provides written consent.
7. Communication Boundaries
Any between-session support (e.g., WhatsApp, email, voice notes) is subject to the scope of the purchased package. Reasonable response times apply, and the Coach is not obligated to provide emergency, crisis, or unlimited support unless explicitly agreed.
8. Session Validity & Expiry
Purchased sessions or coaching packages must be used within the stated validity period communicated at purchase. Unused sessions beyond expiry may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
9. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, worksheets, tools, resources, recordings, methodologies, and materials provided by Kamilah MS remain intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, taught, reproduced, or commercially used without written consent.
10. Medical, Mental Health & Crisis Disclaimer
The Client acknowledges that coaching is not a substitute for mental health, trauma, addiction, or medical treatment. Clients experiencing severe mental health concerns should seek appropriate licensed professional support.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kamilah MS, K Self-Mastery Pte Ltd, its founder, coaches, affiliates, contractors, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, emotional, business, financial, or personal loss arising from participation in coaching services.
12. Respectful Conduct
Abusive, disrespectful, manipulative, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
13. Media & Testimonials
Client testimonials, feedback, or success stories will only be used for marketing or promotional purposes with consent. Public comments voluntarily shared may be reshared unless explicitly requested otherwise.
14. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, technical issues, or natural disasters.
15. Amendments
Kamilah MS reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall fall under Singapore jurisdiction.
17. Agreement
By making payment, booking services, or participating in coaching, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Kamilah MS reserves the right to protect its business, intellectual property, time, energy, partners, and service standards while maintaining ethical, professional, and transformative coaching experiences.
